Boogal (ブーガル, Būgaru)
A minion of Raoh and master of the Tenkai Muō Ken style. Boogal lorded over an unnamed village and controlled its water supply.

Appearance[]

He is a muscular man with an olive skin tone who has long and shaggy dark red hair.
He wears a simplistic outfit, consisting of a pair of bronze shoulder pads, knee pads, and vambraces, a yellow chestplate and groin guard, a green pair of pants, and blue boots.

Personality[]

He is shown to be a bully who is selfish, unempathetic, irresponsible, and sadistic, as well as ethically lazy.
He enjoys taking baths, and seems to have a preference for taking cold ones, as well as bathing in the open air.
Instead of taking care of the village he lords over, as his master Raoh wanted him to, Bugal decided to hog all the water in it for him and his gang, as he mostly uses the water to take baths and for his own gang and gives the villagers he is in charge of only a minuscule amount for rations, and when an old man asked for more water, he lied to him that he would let him drink all the water he wants before attempting to drown him in his bathtub.
He is obsessive over his own personal hygiene, as he is implied to take many baths in a single day by one of his own henchmen, and he stated that he is willing to take ten, or even a hundred baths in a single day.

Abilities[]

He is a practitioner of Tenkai Muō Ken, a martial art centered around acrobatics and high flying attacks, making him an incredibly agile and fast person.
He has great physical strength, as he is able to pierce through the abdomens of two men with his fists alone.
He is also good at preforming ambush-type attacks, suggesting that he is great at stealth, something that is enhanced by his lack of body odor from all his bathing, which allowed him to get the one up on Kenshirō

TV Series[]

He enjoyed taking public baths at the expense of the villagers, who were dying of thirst due to Boogal only giving them pitiful drips for rations. This wastefulness made Boogal unpopular even among his own gang, who noted Lord Ken-Oh wanted Boogal to take care of the village.
During his bathing, he tried to force-feed an elderly villager his bathwater to drown him when the man asked for more water. His constant bathing allowed him to mask his scent, which he used to perform a surprise attack on Kenshiro. Boogal was easily defeated when Kenshiro struck a pressure point causing him to die in his own bathtub.
Although a relatively minor villain, Boogal's death was important enough to be immediately reported to Ken-Oh.
