Why is Souther's death is not the same in the movie reboot?
I found nothing about why Souther's death in the movie is not the same as in the original manga /anime.
I need help to understand why it was changed because this is one of the best manly moment in the manga and the Souther in the movie reboot is like a "cold hearted man".

I have been reading the HnK manga for a while and there was this one time where Lin told Kaioh how hokuto shinken makes it able for the user to learn the techniques of the opponents just form the first encounter. But wasnt that musou tensei so does this mean-if Lin's right- Ken can use gento koken?
